Welcome to TripGo India (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website tripgoindia.com and our travel-related services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1. TripGo India operates as a travel service provider offering tour packages, cab services, activities, and travel assistance across India.
2. By using our website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
3. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

2. Booking & Confirmation

1. All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or authorised partners.
2. A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (name, phone number, travel dates, pickup location, etc.).

3. Payments

1. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, online gateway, or any other approved method.
2. Prices mentioned on the website may vary during peak season, weekends, or due to availability.
3. All payment receipts will be shared via email or WhatsApp upon successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Customer-initiated cancellations:
   • 7 days before the service: Full refund.
   • 24–48 hours before the service: 50% refund.
   • Less than 24 hours: No refund.
2. No-show by customer: No refund.
3. Operator cancellations:
   • If TripGo India cancels a booking due to unavoidable reasons (weather, strike, vehicle breakdown, emergency, etc.), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

5. Tour/Service Policies

1. Timings, itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
2. Any additional sightseeing or extra hours beyond the package will incur additional charges.
3. Entry tickets, meals, personal expenses, and guide charges are not included unless specified.
4. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

6. Cab Service Conditions

1. Kilometer and time calculations start from the driver’s garage unless stated otherwise.
2. Parking, tolls, and permit fees are charged extra unless pre-included.
3. Misbehavior, intoxication, or unsafe behaviour may lead to immediate service cancellation without refund.

7. Liability & Responsibility

1. TripGo India is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, traffic, accidents, political unrest, or any situation beyond our control.
2. We are not responsible for loss of luggage, personal items, or any loss caused by third-party vendors.
3. All travel activities and adventure tours are undertaken at the customer’s own risk.

8. Website Usage

1. All content on tripgoindia.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by TripGo India.
2. You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute our website content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be used only for booking, communication, and service purposes. We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India.
